This luxury 3 bedroom plus den has 3 bathrooms and will comfortably sleep 10 people. This townhome has a filtered lake view. Decor is upscale and comfortable, all rooms have high ceilings.Upon entering the home, guests will go up several stairs to the main level, which contains an open floor plan living room, dining room with gas fireplace and kitchen with top of the line appliances for gourmet cooking. Also on main floor is master bedroom with private bath which has a 2 sink vanity, unique walk in stone floor shower and separate jetted bathtub. Second bedroom on main floor has a queen bed and uses the hall bathroom with deep soaking tub and separate stall shower. On the lower level is the laundry room and media room with two single beds, TV/DVD and treadmill. The other bedroom on the lower level has a king bed and uses hall bathroom with stall shower.

It was beautiful and very spacious. The furniture was comfortable and well taken care of. The beds and linens were clean. Overall it was a great place. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 this is a beautiful townhouse close to Brown's park and downtown McCall. we had unseasonably warm weather and were disappointed that it did not have air conditioning. Also, no internet service. One toilet was dirty and hadn't been flushed. Sheets and bedding could stand to be replaced and updated. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked with dishes, pans, and utincils. Overall, we really enjoyed this property and would book it again. I found a towel in the sink that smelled like sour milk which I had to throw away and then clean the sink. The carpets are filthy and the hardwood floors in the kitchen are filthy. My white socks were black after walking on kitchen floor. I used a paper towel to wipe up some water on the floor and it to was black with dirt. I own a vacation rental in central Oregon and my Property Manager would not allow the carpets and floors to be that dirty. If anyone would have checked the property before we arrived they would have known there was a foul smell in the kitchen. At the price we paid per night I would expect things to be clean. The owner should consider some alternative form of heat for the downstairs rooms. In addition, the fireplace was not working. After attempting to light it for over an hour, we phoned the property manager who told us the owner had reported it broken. It was not scheduled to be repaired until after our checkout. We were disappointed and thought that maintenance should have left a note regarding this problem.
