THERE IS NO DISTANCE BETWEEN YOU AND THE WATER. THE FISHING OFF THE DOCK WAS AWESOME. WE ATE OUR FILL OF 12-14" RAINBOW TROUT. HOWEVER, IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN YOU WILL WANT TO HAVE LIFE JACKETS AND SUPERVISION. THIS RENTAL HAS FULL SUN AND IS QUITE UNIQUE. BUT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR NEW THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. THIS IS AN OLDER 2 STORY CABIN WITH 2 BEDROOMS IN THE BASEMENT WITH DECK AND DOCK OUT TO THE WATER. IDEAL FOR SUMMER WATER FUN AND FISHING OR SNOWMOBILING AND SKIING IN THE WINTER.
