Villa Lillamora is a characteristic and welcoming two-story apartment that is part of an ancient country house with the strong charachter which derives from it actually being a restored old mill. It sleeps seven people. From Villa Lillamora you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Lillamora is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a private garden, a reserved outdoor area and winter heating.
You will be at a short distance from the center of Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants and the shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Sorrento - Torca line at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the closest beach at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles). You will reach Villa Lillamora from the parking area going up a short public walkway that includes approximately 18 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Lillamora. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller). Please note that access to Villa Lillamora is along a narrow road.


Villa Lillamora is part of an old farmhouse divided into three apartments. Two of the three apartments of the structure are occupied by the owners, with them you will share the garden.
Garden
The garden is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. You will be able to reach it from the living room and from the entrance hall. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a partial view of the sea. The garden is occasionally crossed by the owners in order to reach their accommodations.
Bottom FloorLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The kitchen has two small windows.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the garden. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Top FloorBedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room climbing 13 steps. The furnishings are simple. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested. The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the coastline.
Annex, Top FloorBedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the garden along an external stairway, climbing 16 steps. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the coastline. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
Bedroom 4 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the garden along an external stairway, climbing 16 steps. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony with a view of the garden and of the sea through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
