Villa Olinda is a graceful two-story apartment. It sleeps seven people. From Villa Olinda you will have a gorgeous view of the sea. Villa Olinda is 110 square meters (1200 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a nice private terrace and winter heating.
You will be roughly 1.6 km (one mile) from Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (San Montano beach) at 150 meters (approximately 490 feet). You will reach Villa Olinda from the parking area going down a 50-meters (165-feet) public walkway that cuts through a courtyard and includes approximately 25 stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Olinda you will need a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 50 meters (165 feet), in a reserved parking space. Please note that access to Villa Olinda is along a narrow road, not suitable for large SUVs, motorhomes, caravans.
Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the terrace going down an external stairway which consists of approximately 35 steps. The pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 2.4 meters (7.8 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs and four deck chairs. You will share the pool area with the guests staying at the complex, at another nearby apartment.
Bottom FloorTerrace
The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by ann elegant awning. It is equipped with a table, chairs and three deck chairs. From the terrace you will have a splendid view of the sea and of the coastline. The terrace, which is for your exclusive use, is crossed by the guest of one other nearby apartment in order to reach the swimming pool.
Living Room 1
The first living room is paved with lucid blue majolica tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has an arched window overlooking the terrace.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the first living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has an arched window overlooking the terrace.
Top FloorLiving Room 2
The second living room is paved with lucid blue majolica tiles. The furnishings are bright and agreeable. The furnishings include two sofas and four armchairs. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor going down three steps. It has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a balcony through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor going down three steps. It has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has an arched window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor through an access area. It has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor through an access area.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the terrace climbing 13 steps. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
