Calamity Cottage is a spacious canal front home with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms overlooking the canal in Marsh Harbour. There is an abundance of entertaining space and a 65 ft dock slip with power and water.
Calamity Cottage was completely renovated in 2003. Bedrooms are two king, queen and one with two twins, each with private bathroom. A large great room with breakfast bar, dishwasher, ice maker, TV/DVD/VCR, stereo with CD/tape player, washer/dryer and central A/C. Covered patio for outdoor dining, sunbathing deck, and gas grill for cooking your catch are located next to the boat slip with shore post for 50/30 amp service. The slip can accommodate up to a 65' boat on a finger pier. The house is rented as a 4 bedroom, 4 bathoom (king, king, twin, queen) for $3,000 per week for up to 8 persons total in party. One bedroom and ensuite is very private with having direct access from only the exterior. We request NO pets and NO smoking.

outdoor grill A guest from Gainesville, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2010 The only complaint, and it's a VERY small complaint, was that the grill stopped working part way through our vacation. This did not slow us down though! The house was very well laid out for a family and had all the necessities needed for a fun vacation. |
