This is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast as a family, host a game night, or set up your laptop to plan the day’s adventures. Directly behind the table is an elevated snack bar with four bar stools. This adds even more seating options to this common area and provides a more casual place to enjoy a snack or drink as the family chef works his/her magic.

The fully furnished kitchen is one of the highlights of this home. With custom cabinets, granite counters, deep double sinks, upgraded appliances and tall ceilings, this gourmet kitchen provides all the space and tools you need to whip up a family dinner at home. There is more than enough space to hold all of your groceries, and a coffee maker and toaster to make breakfast a breeze. The third bedroom has a full-size bed, stylish dresser, and flat screen TV. The wood-paneled floors flow from the rest of the home into this bedroom, and a large window lets in plenty of light. This bedroom is just a few steps from the family bathroom, which has a shower/tub combo.

The fourth bedroom has a large Queen size bed, subtle floral decor, classic dresser and flat screen TV. This sophisticated room has a comfortable corner chair, perfect for reading!
