1 br Marco Island Ocean Front Condo

This is a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo located in the Apollo. It is on the south end of the Island at 900 S. collier Blvd. @ ¾ south of the Marriott. The unit is located directly on the beach and has a GREAT view of the beach and Gulf. The whole west wall is a sliding glass door. Whether you are sitting in the living room or on the balcony the view is spectacular. You are directly on the beach and from the condo you have direct beach access. The bedroom has a king-size bed and the couch pulls out to a queen size sleeper. The unit will accommodate 4 people. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen that includes stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender, and lots more. The unit is equipped with flat screen TVs with DVD players in the living room, TV in the bedroom, all linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cooler, beach radio, beach umbrella, and kids beach toys (buckets, rafts, noodles, boogie boards). Some added amenities include hair dryer, and binoculars for use on the beach and Marco Island, Florida. The unit has a balcony with table and chairs and the sunsets are amazing. The Apollo condo complex has a huge pool, whirlpool, work out room, covered parking, two tennis courts, and after hours security. The Apollo condo also has an excellent restaurant and bar called the Sunset Grille. The bar was voted best happy hour on Marco Island Florida.

I also require a $200 refundable security deposit. Normal policy is $200 will hold the condo for you and I will then send you a receipt. Then 60 days before your arrival date I would require the rent payment. I will then send you keys, map of Island, information letter, and another receipt. Once you return from your trip, return my keys and I will send you your deposit back.
