We love it because there are not so many rules like in the others rental places....they have affordable bike rental, I think it is $10/day, and have a nice pool with a large pool areas with 3 BBQ units. There is a public marina couple blocks away for your boat or jet sky. They also have a room with a large TV ( 52") with tables tables. The two time we used this hotel my two kids like it and wanted to return again. During peak season we are quite busy and we do have to adhere to our posted check-in/check-out times in order to give housekeeping ample time to turn the rooms around. We have discovered over the years that it is best not to rush housekeeping as cleanliness is a travelers number one priority, so we have made it ours.
