This is a great house for sitting by the gas fireplace and visiting with friends and family. The house had a 42" flat screen TV newly installed for your convenience. Whether you move upstairs to the loft area or down stairs to the bedrooms, you will be charmed and pleased with the perfection of this awesome tri-level. The owners have spectacular taste and have thought of everything to make your stay wonderful, including a pool table in the garage for your enjoyment. And the terrific unobstructed view of the beach and Neah-kah-nie Mountain must have been center stage of their mad plan. You have to see it to believe it!THREE CAR LIMIT

However there were a few suggestions... Maybe could have used some throw rugs. The Hardwoods mixed with sand became very slippery and can be problematic especially for the elderly. Mattresses were very hard, at least on the single beds and the two red chairs in the living room were terribley uncomfortable to sit in. I only have two complaints. 1) Some things were hard to figure out (the TV and the fireplace). We always leave the property very clean and try to follow every instruction, but it ends up taking hours on the last morning to clean the place. It is almost dark and hard to find the property. Also check out time of 11 am seems a little too stringent since you are washing your own sheets and running the dishwasher, your Sunday morning is primarily spent in housekeeping chores. Our group agreed that adjusting the check in/ out time in the slow season should be a reasonable adjustment. The house sleeps 10 but there is only room for 7 to sit comfortably in the living area. The main floor bathroom's lock does not work and did not last year either.
