Escape to the fully landscaped back patio, start a fire in the fire pit and enjoy gathering with your family. The garage has a foosball and ping pong table perfect for entertaining the kids or starting up a gaming tournament. Only houses to the beach and a couple short blocks to downtown and the City Park, once you stay you will see that this home definitely lives up to its name.

Such thought was given to each area to make it comfortable. The house was very clean Kitchen was wonderful with everything a cook would need. We would definately stay here again. The price is a bit high when you add on all the fees and deposits though, but every house has these extra costs when renting from an agency. What a beautiful home with eEverything anyone could need. It seems every detail has been thought of, from kitchen needs to beach toys. Wonderful location, just a block from the beach and a couple of blocks from town. I ended up here thanks to a snafu with my reservation for a different property; Sunset moved me promptly and all's well than ended splendidly well.
