Stayed for 4 days in April, 2012 We could'nt have gotten luckier with the weather especially in April. Clear blue & hovering around 70 degrees! The house is perfect for a nice getaway with friends & family. The views are great from the living/dining room & on the adjacent deck as well. Oceanfront views & direct access to the beach make this home a great place to stay at. We will definitely book again. My only complaint as others have stated in past reviews is that the mattresses have seen better days. If the mattresses, pillows, & bedding were updated I think this place would be really close to perfect. The location is ideal, the house was very well stocked and was really, really comfortable for our 3 person-1 dog-family. We would absolutely stay here again. It is in walking distance to downtown Manzanita and right on the beach. Mattress in the main bedroom needs to be replaced and a mixer would be nice. Other than that it is an awesome place. We noticed and appreciated all the upgrades as well - from the new windows, new dining table to the very clean & neat interior. The only thing we'd like to see changed out is the mattresses. The queen has NO support & we spent our nights trying to clutch the sides. The kids mattress is on its last legs as well. But! other than that the stay was perfect.
