Our ground floor condominium is situated within Mayfield Park Residences, a series of Mid-Rise condominiums inside a secure fenced complex, with a gated concierge service and is security patrolled throughout the hours of darkness. A long driveway off the main road accesses the complex.
The condominium is fully furnished to a very high standard; with every facility you will need for a vacation or business trip, providing a spacious and very affordable alternative to hotels. The condominium has two air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobes - 1 bedroom with queen size bed and the other with a double bed with pull out trundle bed. Fully outfitted kitchen with combination gas and electric oven/stove top, fridge/freezer, water cooler, microwave, rice cooker etc. Purified water is supplied from the on site filtration plant. Cable television, DVD player and mini Hi Fi system in living area. Wet room includes hot water shower, basin and toilet. The unit has its own allocated secure rooftop laundry area & drying area, complete with automatic washing machine. Bathroom and bedroom linen are also provided.

Mayfields features a beautiful smimming pool and garden complex, with a two story clubhouse, with karaoke suite, and 61 inch screen. Two large club lounges provide restaurant service, and free wf-fi
access. Food deliveries are also available from all the local fast food services with Jollibee restaurant adjacent to complex.
Mayfield Park is located just walking distance to SM Supermarket
(previously Makro Supermarket, closed to Sta Lucia Malls and Robinson East(5-10mins drive w/out traffic),Mega Mall,Robinson Galleria,Shangirla, Market-Market, Global City(10-15mins w/out traffic),Schools/ Hospital nearby, Airport and Makati 40mins w/out traffic. Transportation Taxi/Cab,MRT/LRT Station going to Manila.
How to get there: From Edsa Ortigas Drive straight and turn left at Felix Avenue. Then, turn left right before SM Supermarket and you will find the main entrance gate of Mayfield Park Residences.
From C5 Pasig: Take Ortigas Ext. then drive straight. Turn left at Felix Avenue then, turn left right before Makro Supermarket and you will find the main entrance gate of Mayfield Park Residences.
From Cubao: Take Aurora Blvd. then turn right at Marcos Highway intersection. Go straight then take the right lane after Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall. A reservation fee of $100 USD is required for all weekly and monthly bookings.
The reservation fee is not refundable in the event of your cancellation or failure to pay on time as set out below.
The remaining balance of the cost of your stay must be received by us not less than 7 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). If you have not paid in full and on time we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you.
For monthly and longer-term bookings, rent is payable monthly in advance.
A Security bond is required of $150 USD for all weekly rentals, and $300 USD for all monthly rentals.
The security bond is fully refundable on departure, following property inspection for weekly rentals, and following settlement of all utilities charges (pro rata) for monthly rentals.
The cost of any damages or losses (if incurred) will be deducted from the security deposit.
