For Monthly Rental Requirements as follows:

For 2 months to 1 year stay, we require 1 month advance payment and a security deposit equivalent to the monthly rental.
For 1 months stay, we require an advance payment equivalent to your length of stay and P10,000 security deposit to be refunded upon check-out once inventory checked for missing/damaged items and that utility bills have been paid.
Checkout is always 'the previous day of the following month Example: Check in on the 10th - Check out on the 9th
To reserve the unit, we require a reservation fee of P5,000 non-refundable but deductible to your total rent
