Val D’isere is very conveniently located across the street from The Village and thus is one of the only condo complexes in town that is walking distance to both restaurants and shops and skiing via the gondola up to Canyon Lodge. Once the mountain has a good covering of snow, you can ski back very close to the project. Val D’isere 26 is a beautiful bright, cozy two story, three bedroom, two bathroom condo with wood accents throughout. The living room boasts new sofas, a hand crafted mantle over the gas burning fireplace, and a built in home theater system, featuring a new 42 inch flat screen TV, surround sound, a stereo system with an MP3 port, and cable internet. The well equipped kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, custom cabinetry and opens to the dining area, which showcases a new six person dining set. The bedrooms are stylishly furnished with contemporary bedding, large windows, and flat screen TV's in each bedroom. This condo sleeps eight people with a king in the master, a king in the second, a queen in the third, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms have new mattress. Val D’isere has a great pool area, with a spa. Parking is outdoor and guests are allotted two permits. FREE DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL LONG DISTANCE is offered in this unit. There is a refundable prepaid security deposit of $250 required when booking this unit.

Summer rates for this condo are $225 per night. Summer discounts range from 10% to 30% for stays of 4 to 7 nignts. Winter rates for this condo are $385 midweek and $435 weekend. Holiday rates range from $490-560 per night. Ten percent discounts are available with a stay four or five nights during the winter non-holiday, 15% for a six night stay, and 20% for a seven or more night stay. This condo also offers a midweek special of 20% off when you stay from Sunday-Friday non-holiday.
