MOUNTAINBACK POOL & MAIN SPA WILL BE CLOSED FROM 5-15-13 UNTIL 7-4-13. Mountainback condos are located on Lakeview Blvd in the Canyon Lodge area. The Blue Line shuttle runs right outside of the complex for easy access to the new Village Gondola and Canyon Lodge. Mountainback is the perfect mountain retreat both winter and summer. This three bedroom plus loft, three bath home is spacious and sunny. It offers fabulous panoramic views of the Sierras from the living room and deck. The owner has recently added many new furnishings creating a warm comfortable environment and added a new flat screen TV/DVD to the living area. There are handsome hunting trophys hung throughout the unit. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms, with a large breakfast bar, seating four, and seating for eight at the dining table. This large, homey condo is a perfect spot for family gatherings and entertaining. There is a kid's bunk room with a game table and television. The unit has an open wood burning fireplace, washer, dryer and extra televisions in the master and bunk bedroom. Mountainback offers garage parking with a 7' clearance for a maximum of two cars, central spa, sauna and a pool (summer only). This unit is in building one and is NOT walkiing distance to the Canyon Lodge. FREE DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL LONG DISTANCE is offered in this unit. Internet service is also offered however, guests must bring an ethernet cable.

Bedding Arrangement- King in the master, queen in the second, two bunks in the third, and two twins in the loft. No sleeper sofa. The maximum occupancy is 10 persons.

Winter rates are: midweek $380, weekend $450, holiday $510-$580 per night. Ask about our four or more night specials. The summer rate is $260 per night with discounts of 10-30% for stays of four nights or more.

INTERNET SERVICE IS OFFERED WITH THIS UNIT. THIS IS A COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN SHOULD THERE BE A SERVICE FAILURE OR CONNECTIVITY PROBLEMS. AN ETHERNET CABLE MAY BE REQUIRED.
