Mammoth Green Condominiums are nesteled in the woods right on Mammoth's beautiful Sierra Star Golf Course. The project is on Loadstar Drive about three hundred yards or a ten minute walk to Eagle Express ski area.

This is a beautiful brand new 3 bedroom/2 bathroom unit. It overlooks the pool and spa areas as well as the new
Sierra Star Golf Course. It literally sits on the 3rd fairway. This unit has a very cozy country feel with its
traditional patchwork quilts. Relax in the oversized easy chair while warming up to the stacked stone fireplace. The
kitchen is fully euipped with modern appliances an tile flooring. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and in the winter you are a twelve minute walk to the new Eagle Express chair lift. The master bedroom is upstairs, it has a television and a private bath. Downstairs bedroom with a queen bed has a TV with DVD for your viewing pleasure. There is a bike storage area located in the garage, a personal lock is required. FREE DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL LONG DISTANCE is offered in this unit and cable internet is offered in this unit.

Project Amenities- Mammoth Greens offers a spa, a pool in the summer time and garage parking for one car.
