This unit is located at the top of the complex and offers nice views of the Sherwin Mountain range. There is a new ski back trail from Chair 7 at Canyon Lodge. This trail accesses Mammoth Ski and Racquet Club behind Building N. To access the lifts, you can ski down to the Village and ride the Gondola or walk to Canyon Lodge. At the end of your day, you can now ski back home. Flooded with sun, this unit has a very casual and comfortable decor. There is a 40 inch flat screen TV and Blueray DVD in the living room. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV. The unit has a beautiful gas fireplace. This is a great family complex with many amenities, pool, two spas, tennis courts and a recreation room with pool table and arcade games . Parking is limited to one guaranteed covered parking space with a 7' clearance and one additional outside space, on a first come first serve basis. There is not parking for a third car. This project has a steep driveway. During winter months, vehicles with four wheel drive or link style chains are recommended. Pets are permitted with a $200 prepaid security deposit AND a $39.55 non-refundable pet fee. FREE DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL LONG DISTANCE is offered in this unit. Complimentary internet service is available in this unit. Should there ever be problems with connectivity or failure, no refunds or discounts are offered.

Summer rates for this unit are $145.00 per night. Additional discounts of 10%-30% apply on stays of four nights or more. Winter rates for this unit are; midweek $190, weekend $240, holidays $300 to $345 per night. Ask about our four or more night specials.
