The deluxe rated Summit #47 offers new carpet and a recently remodeled kitchen. Each room has charming bedding with a country flair and a TV. Along with a TV/DVD in the living room there is a cozy fireplace. The kitchen is well stocked with upgraded cabinets and appliances. Just a short walk will bring you to the Eagle Express chair lift and Sierra Star golf course. The Summit is situated on the Green Line which will bring you directly into town where you will find excellent restaurants and shopping. FREE internet access is available at the Summit office lobby located in the Emerson building. There is NO PHONE in this unit. Guests must be sure to bring a cell phone.

Bed Arrangements- King in the master, Queen in the second bedroom, and sleeper sofa in the living area.

Project Amenities- Summit offers covered parking, a modern fitness center, tennis courts, barbecue areas, two pools, and several spas and saunas. Garage structure clearance height is 6'8".

Summer rates for this unit are $135 per night. Additional discounts of 10-30% apply on stays of four night or more.
Winter rates are; midweek $210, weekend $260, holidays are $305 to $345 per night. Ask about our four or more night specials.

INTERNET SERVICE IS OFFERED AT THE SUMMIT OFFICE LOBBY LOCATED IN THE BUILDING NEXT TO THIS UNIT. THIS IS A COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN SHOULD THERE BE A SERVICE FAILURE OR CONNECTIVITY PROBLEMS.
