Snowcreek is located on Minaret Rd. in the meadow area of Mammoth Lakes. Unit #406 offers all the comforts of home plus cozy cabin style décor. This unit is a newly updated one bedroom plus loft, one bathroom condo in a quiet location near the spa. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room and dining room with a breakfast bar which seats two. There are new appliances in the kitchen and it is well stocked for entertaining a party up to six. The living room is warm and inviting with handsome new furnishings, flat screen TV with DVD player, CD stereo, and a wood burning insert fireplace. There is a small deck off the living room with a rooftop view of the Sherwin Mountains, a gas BBQ and plenty of firewood. The spacious master bedroom is on the main level with a king size bed, flat screen TV with DVD player and ample closet space. Upstairs the private loft offers a twin and a queen size bed. There is also a walk in closet and a TV with a VCR. Other amenities include, washer/dryer and FREE unlimited long distance. This is a PET FRENDLY home. TOWN ORDINANCE REQUIRES ALL DOGS TO BE WALKED ON A LEASH. This unit does not offer internet access.

The summer rate is $150 per night with discounts of 10-30% for stays of four nights or more. Winter rates are: midweek $200, weekend $250, holiday $275/$325 per night. Ask about our four or more night specials.

Bedding arrangement is: King in the master, queen and a twin in the loft. Maximum occupancy is 5.

Discounted day passes for the athletic club can be purchased at our front desk, $15 for adults and $12 for children.
