***QUALITY and VALUE***Sunshine Village Condominiums are located in the heart of Mammoth Lakes, on the corner of Meridian Blvd. and Azimuth Dr. The Green Line shuttle stops right outside on Meridian for direct access to the ski area and Sierra Star Golf course. Shopping and restaurants are just a short walk away. Sunshine Village #178 is a basic one bedroom plus loft, one bathroom condo that sleeps six comfortably. The furnishings are a bit dated but they are comfortable. The unit has a cozy feel to it with a wood burning fireplace insert, TV/VCR/stereo with CD player and a well equipped kitchen. The decor is woodsy with mountain accents and there's a sunny balcony perched above the courtyard. Other amenities at Sunshine Village are; heated pool/ tennis courts in the summer, spa and sauna year round, nice rec-area with a pool table and arcade games. There is also a play area for the kids and video rentals at the office. Sunshine Village homeowners ask that you please use the common area BBQ, private BBQ's are not allowed on decks. THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE A TELEPHONE. Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access is offered in this unit. Should ever be connectivity problems or internet failure, no refunds are given.

The summer rate for this unit is $130 per night with discounts of 10-30% for four nights or more. This is a great value for the summer. Winter rates are; midweek $160, weekend $200, holidays are $230 to $260 per night. Ask about our four or more night specials

Bedding Arrangement- The master has a queen and the loft has a eurobunk with a trundle underneath and a twin. The maximum occupancy of this unit is six.
