At approximately 1500 square feet, newly tiled throughout, this spacious unit has plenty of room for your family of 5. The kitchen is recently updated with granite counters, new appliances, water filtration and many small appliances. The dining table seats 6 and breakfast bar has stools.

The sunken living room has ample seating to view the ocean from everywhere. It also has central a/c, TV, DVD, VHS, high speed and wireless internet.

Up three steps to the bedrooms, the master suite has king bed, TV, full bath and jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom has a queen and a twin bed.

The Makena Surf amenities include two pools, jacuzzi, four tennis courts, and barbeques for recreation. Private gated entrance.

We arrived too late in the evening to was the sheets so we did not get a very good night sleep. I was thankful there was a washing machine & detergent so I could wash the sheets. Doing laundry and making beds was not something I wanted to do on vacation. There was dust on pictures and other objects in the rooms as well as cob webs. We were so thankful that there were beach chairs & boogie boards for us to use.The fridge had the loudest ice maker we had ever heard. We finally just started turning it off at night so it wouldn't wake us up.Security Guard, Dave was very helpful and friendly!
