The apartment building is located at the foot of Monte Bre mountain with beautiful views of the bay of Lugano and Monte San Salvatore. Limited number of parking spaces (total 8, CHF 35.00/week). Please note: the parking space is confirmed and assigned on arrival. Free public parking nearby (blue zone). Important: the parking permit for the blue zone has to be obtained at the municipal-/police office. Further information on-site. Storage of bicycles is not possible.
