Casa Catalinas is among the newest private villas in Los Suenos Ocean and Golf Resort. With unmatched, panoramic resort, golf course, Herradura Bay and Pacific Ocean views. This is the only villa (detached, private home) in Los Suenos Resort with a sunset view!

Spacious 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home boasts 5,300 square feet of living space and a large pool with Jacuzzi. This ocean view villa, with three bedrooms, three and one half bathrooms, plus additional separate guesthouse (casita) with additional one bedroom and bathroom located right down the covered walkway. All bedrooms have comfortable king-sized beds (with the exception of one of the guest suites, which is equipped with two queen-sized beds) and private, spacious bathrooms.

Completed in November of 2009, this top of the line vacation home has all the amenities you will find at a five star resort! This villa is in the Vista Los Suenos Community is situated above the main entry road to the resort and has some of most impressive views of any area in Los Suenos. Outfitted with a semi-private pool and Jacuzzi (shared with one other villa), grilling area, and spacious patio, it is the perfect location from which to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

This luxury villa offers views of the entire resort, golf course, Herradura Bay and the Pacific Ocean beyond. This is one of the only private villas in the resort where you can enjoy gorgeous sunsets. The property is beautifully decorated and has some of the finest finishes of any residence in the Los Suenos resort.

Rental includes daily housekeeping (except Sundays), wifi, full concierge services, and complimentary access to the resort's private beach club.
