This elegantly appointed condominium at Del Mar Residences overlooks the renowned Los Suenos La Iguana course, an 18 hole, 72 par championship Golf Course. You can also see Herradura Bay and the Los Suenos Marina in the distance.

The Del Mar residences feature Mediterranean style architectural design and outdoor amenities that include Two Infinity-edged swimming pools with Jacuzzis, barbeque areas, sundecks with shade palapas, changing rooms and showers, recreational open space, and lush landscaping that includes lighted walkways.

All of Los Sueños Resort's amenities are close by, either by foot (10 minute walk), golf cart or the free shuttle running every half hour: Beach club with expansive pool and white sand beach area, Marina Village Commercial center, Golf Course, putting green and driving range, Marina, 12 Restaurants and Casino.

This unit offers 1635 square feet of interior living space and a 350 square feet wrap around covered terrace with lounge chairs and table from which to enjoy the panoramic views.

Inside the apartment you will find upscale tropical island-inspired interiors with ceramic tile flooring and countertops, wooden cabinetry, dual paned windows and central air conditioning.

The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen has quality appliances, including a fridge with ice maker and dishwasher. A separate laundry has both washer and dryer.

The living area has a hometheatre with a Flatscreen TV nestled hanging from the wall and very comfortable furniture upholstered with microfiber, including a fully reclinable couch.

The Master bedroom boasts a four poster King bed with canopy and a very comfortable mattress, as well as a view out to the fairway and gardens. It has ample closet space, a TV with DVD player and an en suite bathroom with tempered glass-enclosed shower.

The second and third bedrooms have Queen beds, seating and TVs. They share a full bathroom.

There is a 24-hour guard-gated entry and covered parking.

There are golf-cart and car rentals available nearby. There is a free shuttle service to the Marina and the Marriott hotel running every half hour from 7 am until midnight.

Room service is provided by the next door Marriott Los Sueños Hotel. The nearby supermarket (Auto Mercado) is only a 5 minute drive away or a phone call away for delivery service and a delicatessen can be found at the Marina Village.

Restaurants within walking distance include New Latino, Seafood, Italian, Asian, and American. Other restaurants and shopping options are found a short drive away at the Herradura beach (great seafood), the Herradura Plaza and in Jaco beach.

A must-see during your visit is the sunset view from the Greek amphitheater nestled on a cliff 1100 feet above sea level at nearby Villa Caletas.
