This Fabulous 3-story Townhouse at Oaks of Long Beach provides a beautiful & serene view of the Gulf Coast beaches that are a short walk just across Hwy 90 (Beach Blvd). It is close to the coast?s many attractions and amenities.

The Oaks of Long Beach reflects the architectural flavor of the French Quarter in New Orleans. Once you park your car in the two-car garage, on the ground floor, you can take either the personal elevator or stairs to the Living Space on second floor.

The entire second floor features a large, open, Living Space with lots of natural light, hardwood floors, and 10-foot + ceilings. A comfortable, beautifully furnished Sitting Area features a large, flat-screen TV . The Dining Area has seating for 4 and enjoys beautiful views to the southeast. The large, full size gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. A Powder Room completes the second-floor Living Space. The entire Living Space is perfect for entertaining, family gatherings, or intimate evenings.

Stepping out through the French doors to the wrought iron balcony enjoy the view of Gulf beach. The elevator can also take you to bedrooms on the third floor. The Master Suite features a King bed, flat-screen TV and French doors leading to another balcony where you can see the sunrise over the Gulf. In the Master bath you can relax in the whirlpool tub after a day at the beach or shopping. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and separate full-size bath with tub and shower. The Townhouse?s two bedrooms and two and half bathrooms can comfortably accommodate four adults. The complex also has a swimming pool at Club house area, for our guests.

The quaint community of Long Beach and its harbor is close by and offers friendly shops, and restaurants. Friday night hot-rod cruising and a Farmers Market on Saturday. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, museums, fishing, and lots of activities. Casinos, Ship Island, Gulf Islands Waterpark. A Super WalMart is within walking distance should you need to pick up something quickly.

Over all Great. Staff was extremely pleasant to work with. Small issues when moving in were handled quickly and professionally. I lived in the unit for four months.

This tow home has major issues. They built a cheap tow home that is not designed to be near the water. The cheap door and windows are not designed to be this close to the water. As a result, the townhome is unable to properly keep out all the moisture. The condo smells of mildew, and feels like a damp towel. Also, poor choices for furniture this close to the water. cheap cheap couches with that or fabric and have stains all over them. Also, the blankets and pillows inside the footstool were also disgusting, smelling of mold and mildew. They were more like garbage than linens.They were disgusting! We had to put sheets over the couch they were so dirty! The tub had mold all in it, when you walk through the door of the master bedroom the tack strips stick you in your feet. This is clearly a unit that the owners never visit! Anyone that stays in this place more than one day would see theses Issues!

The location is wonderful, close to the beach or anything you would like to do. The resort is very roomy, just needed some attention to the cleanliness of the place. Dead bugs in the light fixture, cob webs in the corners and around the furniture. The second bedroom did not have a working overhead light or ceiling fan. Over all the place had everything we were looking for.
