Large house in affluent Fulham, open plan kitchen/dining area and large living room, this is perfect for a group or family and will comfortably sleep up to 12 adults.

The spacious living area sits at the front of the house with antique furniture and decoration from the owner's travels, a fireplace and big bay window. The sofa at the far end of this living space converts into a double bed to sleep 2 adults.

At the back of the house is the open plan kitchen/dining area. The kitchen has all the amenities you'll need including oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine/dryer. The dining area contains an extendable dining table which, when fully extended, could easily accommodate 12 guests. You'll also be able to take advantage of the small garden area outside via the french doors in the dining area. There is a toilet on the ground floor too.

The first floor holds 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, work desk, multiple storage cupboards and en-suite access. The en-suite has a bath/shower unit as well as loo and sink with mirror.

The second bedroom has a large double high sleeper bed with storage below and study desk. The third guest bedroom comes with a large double bed, study desk and large windows to allow maximum light. In between these two rooms is a large bathroom complete with bath/shower, sink and WC.

On the second floor guests will find the large converted attic space with room for two large double beds (one of these converting into a sofa when not in use). This room also has an en-suite WC.

This home is in a lovely of West London and benefits from excellent transport connections into the centre of the Capital. You are an easy 5 minute walk from the famous King's Road with its fine array of cafes, trendy bars and restaurants. Perhaps try The Jam Tree, a popular gastropub and bar, Marco Pierre White's Steakhouse or The Bluebird, a well known gastropub at 350 King's Road. Eel Brook Common and Parson's Green are both nearby, and are lovely spots for an afternoon stroll. The Thames Path is less than a 1 minute walk away which lets you walk all the way to the famous tower of London. You can also reach the lovely Hurlingham Park in about 15 minutes or a short jog if you are keen to take some exercise!

For transport, you are less than a 10 minute walk to Fulham Broadway tube station, which joins the District line. From here you can be at South Kensington for the V&A, the Natural History and the Science Museums in 8 minutes and Oxford Street for shopping in 20 minutes. Head to Knightsbridge for the famous Harrods department store (just hop on the number 22 bus). You're also only a 2 minute walk from Imperial Wharf Overground rail station for handy connections to Richmond, Kew Gardens, Hampstead Heath and Shoreditch within 30 minutes.

Area Description: "Fulham is a green and affluent suburb within close reach of many famously extravagant places such as Chelsea and Kensington too. There are ample parks and open spaces such as Fulham Palace Gardens, Eel Brook Common and Parsons Green which are the largest, and where you'll often see runners, cyclists and families picnicking in the summer months.

Most of the residential roads in Fulham are lined with trees and the houses are often painted in different pastel shades. Fulham Palace is a beautiful medieval building and offers a delightful Tudor courtyard, an 18th century garden hosting contemporary sculptures and a museum which houses the Palace's history.

You are rarely far from a decent gastro pub with favourites The White Horse affectionately known as ‘the Sloaney Pony' - and Aragon House both close by in Parsons Green. Nearby New Kings Road also boasts some exclusive interior design shops and galleries, particularly as it begins to merge with the Kings Road towards Chelsea. Fulham is also a great area for sports lovers who can enjoy a variety of Premier League venues with Fulham Football Club, Chelsea Football Club and Queens Park Rangers all based in the neighbourhood."
