Nice country house in Umbria quietly situated on the green hills offering enchanting and extensive views over the surrounding landscape and over the beautiful Castello of Lippiano. The country house was carefully restored with all its original architectural features preserved and turned into 5 charming apartments, all of which tastefully furnished in a local Umbria manner.
Distances: Monterchi with all kinds of shops 5 km, Città di Castello 12 km, Arezzo 25 km, Assisi 80 km, Siena 95 km, Florence approx. 100 km. Perugia and Gubbio are within 70 km while Lake Trasimeno is approx. 80 away.
At guests’ disposal: large shared fenced garden furnished with tables and chairs, swimming-pool (16 x 8 m – maximum depth 2 m – open from 15/05 to 30/09) and shared barbecue. All of the apartments of the country house are provided with a safe. The access to the property is via an unpaved road not suitable for sports cars. Parking within the grounds. Only small pets are allowed.
Extra services: Maid service by arrangement € 15,- / per hour payable on the spot. Shared laundry (€ 5,- / per washing). Baby bed available free of charge.
