The 30 square meter, well-designed apartment is bright and has a kitchen with all necessary kitchen appliances and a separate sleeping area. The bath with shower provides additional storage. The double bed in the bedroom (200x140, height about 40 cm) can also accommodate 2 people. The apartment has a TV (cable), DVD player and a mini system. You can bring your favorite DVDs and in addition there are over 20 feature films and several travel-DVDs on the shelf. The apartment is on the second floor of the rear portion of house and is accessible via a lift, as well as the terrace. Notes:
Between April and October we require a minimum of 6 nights. Check-in days are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Our monument-listed house with the artist's studio of Uta Weik is located just 30m from Lake Constance. It was renovated in 2002 according to the latest natural building standards. In 2003 the town of Lindau gave the house first prize for the façades.
The apartment is on the second floor of the rear portion of house and is accessible via a lift, as well as the terrace. To swim at the lake or the world-famous Gerber hill overlooking the lake and the Alps, there are only a few steps.

If you're driving in with a navigation computer, please enter "Fischergasse19" as your destination. Go left at the split at the Inselhalle to the "alten Schulplatz" -do not go all the way to the Hofstattgasse, as many navigators want to. Go toward the city theatre.
