Vacation Apartment in Lindau - 646 sqft, near the beach, completely furnished (# 2551) #2551
The apartment is located on the island of Lindau, directly overlooking the lake. The old city-center is only 1 minute away, the bus stops directly to the mainland at the entrance. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, has a balcony overlooking the lake, and offers wireless computer, DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen. The size is about 60 square meters with spacious living room, bedroom, bathroom and closet. The apartment is on the second floor and is accessible via elevator., key advantages: near the beach, completely furnished, 1 living/family room, , fully equipped kitchen, clean, well furnished, very comfortable, makes you feel at home, bright and inviting, The unit is conveniently located close to the downtown area of Lindau,

The sunny apartment is modern with WiFi (can be disabled), computer, DVD player and big screen TV, as well as phone: you can make free calls to German land-lines. In the living room (32 sqm) is a folding bed (120 cm) for a third person. The friendly atmosphere and stylish living room and bedroom are enhanced by images by the artist Uta Weik.
Outdoors
Cheap Parking is either on the rear of the island (3 minutes walk) or directly in front of the island (5 minutes). Of course, but you can in front of the house and unloading. Unfortunately, there is the Old Town area only a limited number of parking spaces (even for us locals!), but the apartment is very quiet. From 20-8 o'clock, most parking spaces on the island are free, but otherwise they are - if at all free - not particularly cheap. Many of our guests travel by train for the same reason.

Between April and October we require a minimum of 6 nights. Check-in days are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Location
The quiet apartment located on the second floor. It is located on the rear side facing away from the road. From the living room and the balcony there's a beautiful view of Lake Constance, which here separates the island from the mainland. The building has an elevator. To the island hall there are only a few steps, so the apartment is ideal for straight conference guests. Even the grocery store, the center or the "restaurant street" (In der Grub) you have to go only just across the road. And sometimes when you want to leave the island for the mainland town of Lindau without using your car -the city bus stops right outside the house!

From Memmingen Airport the distance to the unit at Zwanzigerstrasse 16, 88131 Lindau is about 74 km (46.2 miles), approximately a 49 minutes drive by car.
