Although located in the resort, the wooded view and surroundings gives this beautiful vacation home a feeling of seclusion.On the entry level you will find a bedroom with queen size bed and a full bath just outside the door. Additionally access to the large wrap around deck can be found on this level as well as the main kitchen, dining and living area with large flat-screen TV/DVD and wood burning fireplace. Travel upstairs from the entry level to the master bedroom suite complete with TV/DVD, wood burning fireplace, balcony and full in-suite bath with jet tub. On the level below the entry are two bedrooms (each with a queen bed and access to an outside deck), a 3/4 bath, and the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The bottom most level of this spacious property offers a large open space and a full bath.Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment. Nearby you will find horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking and the scenic gondola sky-ride to the Summit of Loon Mountain.Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. The house is a terrific summer vacation home and an excellent value. Some notes: The house is spacious. The location is on a mountainside, and is beautiful, wooded, and secluded. The layout of the house is perfect for a large-family vacation. The private master bedroom and bathroom with Jacuzzi on the top floor is huge and luxurious, and the other 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are also spacious, nicely furnished, and clean. The bedding is clean and comfortable, with plentyof pillows and nice bed linens provided. The air conditioning and digital thermostats work well. The bathrooms are done nicely, and are neat and clean. There are plenty of towels provided. Bar soap, facial tissues, and toilet tissue are provided. The washing machine and dryer work well. The kitchen is fully modernized, with granite counters and solid appliances. Between the kitchen and dining area, there is plenty of seating for meals. The living room upstairs is very comfortable, with 2 couches and 2 Lazy-Boy easy chairs, and with a large TV and DVD player. There is a wireless network with the router in the living room. The signal is strong throughout the house. There is a hot tub on a downstairs deck, but it?s padlocked and seems to be for the owner?s use only. Our only suggestion for the owners would be to purchase one or more game tables, such as a pool table, ping pong table, foosball, etc., for the large empty room all the way downstairs on the lowest level. That would make this house a truly complete family vacation destination. Overall, this Coolidge Falls house is an excellent choice for a vacation rental, and very conducive for a large family group.
