Above the foyer is the remodeled kitchen as well as the dining and living areas with wood burning stove and deck access. A few steps up with take you to the open loft sleeping area with twin bed. The top most level offers the master bedroom suite with king bed, air conditioning, television and full private bath. Below the entry foyer, on the lower most floor of the townhouse, are laundry facilities; a full bath and two bedrooms each with two twin beds and television.

This home offers Membership in the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment. However, there was a strong odor that was noted on the bottom floor. It seemed to be trapped gas in the sewer line. It detracted from an otherwise lovely place to stay.
