Lovely newer three bedroom, two bath, first floor condominium located at South Peak Resort close to downtown Lincoln and not far from the South Peak ski slopes at Loon Mountain. South Peak 1D offers an open concept kitchen, dining and living room area. In the living room area enjoy the ease of a gas fireplace and the clarity of a large flat-screen TV with DVD. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, flat screen TV with DVD and a spacious private bath with separate tub and shower. The second and third bedrooms each also have flat-screen TVs with DVD and share a bathroom located in the hall across from the bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third, two sets of bunk beds (children only on upper bunks please).Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. It was OK A guest from Bridgewater, MA recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in August, 2011 The cleaning crew needs to step it up. The kids bunk beds had food wrappers under the sheets, nasty. The top of the fridge has never been cleaned. Beware of the dryer vent, not properly attached to the exhaust fan and was blowing into the unit. The handle to the back door was loose, the allen bolt fell out and you cannot exit to the porch, nice fire hazard. The cherry on top was a mouse, noticed him late at night and was able to get rid of him before the morning! The place is new and beautiful but you need to take care of it.
