Enjoy this first floor three bedroom condominium just steps away from the Pemigewasset River. Situated all on one floor the condo offers a central open-concept living, dining and kitchen area with wood burning fireplace and a television with a DVD and VHS player. From this area access the back deck and relax on the swing enjoying the sites and sounds of the river.The master bedroom is located on the entry side of the living space and hosts a king size bed, television with VCR, sitting area and private bath. On the far side of the condo are the two remaining bedrooms separated by the second full bath. The first of these bedrooms has a set of bunk beds and a trundle bed while the second offers two twin beds.During the summer season make sure to take a dip in the near-by old fashion river swimming hole or spend time at one of the two outdoor pools. Tennis courts are also available during the summer months.Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.*Please note: pet (cat and/or dog) dander may be present in this condominium.*Pools and courts may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. The furniture was sub par, the heating settings would turn the heat downt to 50 F at night, the walk way and stairs did not get shoveled and the washer dryer did not work so well.
