A spacious first floor condominium at South Peak resort close to downtown Lincoln, New Hampshire and not far from the new South Peak trails at Loon Mountain Ski Area. Enter to the main open concept living, dining and kitchen area. The living area offers comfortable, leather seating and a large flat screen TV mounted above the gas fireplace. The dining area comfortably seats six with additional seating at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has new appliances and generous counter space. On the far side of the living space is the door accessing the back patio and lawn. Enjoy spending time on the patio listening to the sounds and catching a glance at the river through the trees beyond. Also off the living space is the master bedroom suite with queen bed and large private attached bath. At the opposite end of the condo are two additional bedrooms (one with a full bed, the other with a twin day bed and trundle) and a second full bath. South Peak 3D (P003D) does not offer membership to a pool or fitness center.Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.One dog is welcome, $25 additional fee required.

I stayed there with 5 other friends and relatives while 6 other's stayed in a unit close by. Our condo was large enough for the whole group of 12 to eat dinner together each night.
