This three-level townhouse is both tastefully furnished and functional. Enter to the open concept living, dining and kitchen. Enjoy cooking in the well equipped kitchen and then relax with your meal at the dining table that comfortably seats eight. Off the dining area is access to the deck with year-round mountain views. In the living area relax in front of the wood burning fireplace while you watch the 40" flat screen television. The spacious master bedroom is located upstairs and offers a flat screen television and a private bathroom. On the level below the living room area you will find two bedrooms, a full bath and a laundry room with washer and dryer. One of these bedrooms has two sets of bunk beds with new mattresses (fall 2012), the other holds two twin beds and a flat screen television. All this and a convenient ski location or summer time retreat!

Enjoy your membership in The Mountain Club Fitness Center. Indoor pool and outdoor pool, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, and exercise room.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

The 3 bedrooms give plenty of room for family and friends. The condo was very clean and organized. The only recommendation is better mattresses. Slope side with a wood burning fireplace A guest from Brooklyn, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2013 My group had a wonderful time at Rams Horn #25. The place is very homey and it's hard to beat having a real wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom on the top floor is extremely spacious and tastefully decorated. My only complaint is the bottom floor. The bedroom with the bunks is cramped and the other bedroom lacks drawer space for the number of beds provided. These are both minor issues when looking at the big picture.The location is outstanding. The condo is less than a minutes walk to Lower Picked Rock (one of the best trails on the mountain in my opinion) and not much further if you're determined to ski down to the west basin. Thank you to the home owners for renting their unit and keeping it in such pristine and welcoming shape! This was a vacation I won't soon forget. First Loon Res... We, as always, are never disappointed with Loon Res. Helpful, user friendly and trustworthy are just a few words that come to mind. In 15 years of using the service we have never stayed in a bad property. We have stayed in almost every location and always chosen on the services recommendation.Second... This property. Location is everything! We needed to be slope side this trip with a layed up family member but as in our past stay found the house needs updating. It what we find most unusual everything in the home is labeled (cubbards, draws, bathrooms, etc) and with instructions on almost everything including a child's eye level letter mounted behind plastic telling the kids not to jump on the beds or your parents will be charged. Boorish and the more we found the more bizarre it became. You can't find a better location for skiers which makes other issues livable. Service 5 property 3.5. One minute walk to either slope- very convenient. 2 parking spots reserved for unit, but other people kept parking in them which was annoying. We ran out of toilet paper and dishwasher detergent and they brought it to us, very nice. Master bedroom huge; bunk room cramped and no side rails on upper bunk; propane heater in the 3rd bedroom was very loud and would kick on with a bang during the night and startle us awake! We've stayed in this unit two years now, at Christmas, and have been coming to Loon for many years. A two minute walk has you on the mountain. This unit has a well stocked kitchen (lots of cooking utensils, sharp knives, good range of cookware) which makes preparing meals easy and enjoyable(and reduces expenses). The only downfall with this unit is the noisy heater in one of the bedrooms (I woke up each time it turned on the first night). THe until comes with use of the Loon Resort's health club, which has decent equipment- much better than a hotel exercise room. The staff at the vacation rental center are wonderful- friendly and helpful. I'd definately return if they can do something about the noisy heater! Stayed for 2 days in March, 2010 On a Sunday with high temps and rain forecast and no one renting the unit after we left, IT WOULD HAVE MADE OUR STAY MUCH MORE ENJOYABLE IF...we had been allowed to stay until 3 PM (WITHOUT THE RIDICULOUS $75 CHARGE).Two small children who wanted to ski were not able to, due to the logistics of checking out and then getting them back on the slopes. This weekend is our annual ski time with our children and Grandchildren. Plenty of sleeping accomodation, even the couch was comfortable to sleep on. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2010 If you are a family with small children, as we are, the layout is terrible as well. One very large room on the top floor and then 2 bedrooms in the basement. The kids did not want to stay in the basement by themselves - and I didn't want them down there either by themselves because I never would have heard them if they needed me. My husband ended up sleeping down there and I had the baby with me upstairs. This place would be perfect for a group of college kids who didn't care about the look of the place and could just congregate and drink after skiing. But I don't know many college kids who can afford $600 per night. Not impressed - and would not recommend this place to anyone. The decor was a little dated but in fine condition. The absolute best part was walking out the front door and after about 75 feet of walking, laying your skis in the snow along the edge of the groomed ski trail and heading down to the lodge for your first run of the day. The only suggestions I have to make it the perfect place to stay and ski are:1. Upgrade the living room furniture and television.2. The check-in process seems to take about 30 minutes. This seems a bit long. If there were a way to reduce the time in the rental office, it would be much appreciated.3. The bunkbeds really need railings on the top. These are not expensive and are portable so they could easily be stored in the closet if need be.
