With a large living/dining area and a second smaller TV room, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax.On the lowest level you'll find two bedrooms and a full bath. One with two sets of bunk beds and the other with a queen size bed. The main level hosts the living, dining, and kitchen areas with a second TV room on a landing just a few steps up. The master bedroom and its private bath are located on the upper most floor.C096M is built into a hill with 30 steps up and the view is worth it. Make sure to spend some time on the deck admiring the spectacular surroundings.Your stay includes membership in the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment. Nearby enjoy horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking trails, and other summertime attractions.Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season.Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. It is furnished and decorated as if it's a home...not a hotel....making us feel welcome and grateful to be there. Beautiful view - a bit of a hike to the Mountain, literally - but a lovely place to stay nonetheless. Needed a few updates but clean. Carol S. from Plymouth, MA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in October, 2008 We had a great time seeing the beautiful foliage. A couple of things maybe worth mentioning to the owner. Because it was so dark when we arrived and there was no light on at the door entrance, I would recommend a sensor light similar to the one at the end condo. It was a little spooky for us. Also, update the appliances and carpet and window treatments. I would prefer to stay in a condo that was more modern. I couldn't recommend this unit because of that.
