Also on the lower level is an additional bathroom and the second bedroom with its two sets of built-in bunk beds. The third bedroom with a queen bed is located on the main living level.While here enjoy the Mountain Club Fitness Center. There was very little toilet paper in the house, no napkins. there was no leftover spices, oils, etc that you usually find in a rental property. The beds in the bunk room are very uncomfortable and you need to advertise these as kids beds, hardly suitable for adults. The bunk beds also have plastic covering on them, likely to prevent the mattress from getting wet if a kid pees in the bed. This made them very noisy and uncomfortable. again, if the beds are for kids, you need to let people know this in your rental listing. It was very spacious, the kitchen was wonderful and the eating area very nice. There wasn't much of a view, but the location was perfect. Our only concerns were that the place doesn't seem to be as kept up as it should be-broken closet doors, shower door off track, stained carpets, broken kitchen chair, loose flooring in bath and broken showerhead were some minor issues. I would probably look at one of the other Beechwood condos (they are close together) and see if it has been kept up better, but the Loon Reservation service was very helpful in getting us the place and, as I said, the location was fantastic (right near the Mountain Club) and, overall, the condo was roomy and nice. Homeowner thoughtfully planned for guests with games for the kids, extra pillows, fans and a multitude of kitchen conveniences.
