This beautiful three bedroom townhouse is close to Loon Mountain Ski Area and offers wonderful river and mountain views. With two separate living areas and a sun room, this townhouse has space for your entire vacation party to spread-out and relax.Enter this vacation home on a landing level. Up one level is the sunroom with access to the back deck; a half-bath and laundry room; living and dining areas as well as the spacious and newly re-modeled kitchen. The highest level of the home offers the master bedroom with a king size bed, cable TV and private bath. The lowest level of the home (below the entry landing level) includes the second living area as well as a full bath and two bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has two twin beds the other, a set of bunk beds and a twin bed.While here enjoy access to the Mountain Club on Loon Fitness Center with exercise room, indoor pool, and outdoor pool with hot tub.Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.

Stayed for 7 days in February, 2013 The property was clean and well maintained, and the location is excellent although the "Mears" thermostats did not have any effect on the heat/comfort level, and the bedrooms were heated by quartz heaters. Many people find that the propane "Rinnai" heaters in the 2 living areas provide enough heat for the whole home, but only if the bedroom doors are left open. Our condo was beautiful and had a beautiful view. We were missing almost nothing. Very well equipped except for a large frying pan (had several small ones)and a cookie sheet. So overall it was GREAT! We feel like we're at home. The accomodations are very warm and inviting. The view of the Pemi River and the mountains are absolutely breath taking. We wouldn't trade if for anything in the world. This is one of the nicest. It could stand some updating and staff should really make sure lights work batteries in remotes, firewood available etc. We were here for 11 days and there was no wood on arrival. The desk fixed this almost immediately, but cleaning should of let them know. The owner is out of country and maybe is not as aware of the unit as someone in the states. The grill would light but really didn't cook anything. I'm glad I don't have to worry about a vacation property. Enjoy the views. Loon Wood #30-1... a home away from home Peter V. from Flushing, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in August, 2008 The pictures on the Loon Reservation website don't do Loon Wood #30-1 the justice it deserves. The experience begins when you arrive, enter the home, and enjoy the breath taking views right off of the dining area of the Pemi River and the Mountains that surround the back of the this gorgeous river base home. This was enough for us to stay back a few days and relax on the outdoor patio and savour a bit of heaven. This is the second year we used Loon Reservation to book our White Mountain vacation, and as long as we continue to vacation in White Mountain of NH we will use their service.
