The dining area seats four and the living area offers a wood-burning fireplace. The sleeping loft is on the upper-most level of the townhouse with two twin beds and a 3/4 bath.Your stay includes membership in the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment.Nearby enjoy horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking trails, and other summertime attractions.Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season.Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2013 Our condo was very close to Loon Mountain, the shuttle was a great addition, able to enjoy a drink at the lodge and not have to worry above driving. It would be nice if there was more than one pool/hot tub center and a little more updated, but still very enjoyable. Would recommend to other families. Clearbrook 13M Cassandra B. from Budd Lake, NJ recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2013 Everything was really wonderful especially the Loon Reservation Services. They were able to get us this rental and work with us through the storm so we had a place to stay (we extended the trip due to Winter Storm Nemo). Unbelievable customer service well done! The only negative was that this property had no heat in the master bathroom and it was like an ice box. It was a bit unpleasant to use the bathroom or shower when it was so cold. From the view of the mountains, to the "sanitized" banners placed on the polished toilet seats, this cabin was perfect. The view is excellent, you can see a mountain in your back yard. The deck seats two people, and no room for much else. There's a path off to the side of this condo leading towards the loon mountain resort via another parking lot. We had a great stay! Laura S. from Nantucket, MA. recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in January, 2010 We were very happy with the location and set up of the condo. Our children slept upstairs in the loft, which they enjoyed, but caused a little concern as any noise we made downstairs watching tv or chatting with friends tended to wake or keep them up. We loved the wood fireplace and the living room was very cozy, but the rooms downstairs were very cold, epecially the bathroom which had no real heat source as the baseboard heaters were turned off and the thermostat locked to avoid being able to warm the room at all. We didn't take advantage of the pool or hot tub, but would have liked to and glad that was an option, as well as the discount lift tickets, which as a nice savings.
