The sleeping loft with two twin beds and 3/4 bath is located on the upper most level of the townhouse.Your stay includes membership in the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment. Not cleaned very well cow webs and spider webs all over. Most of the blinds need to be replaced they were either broken or did Jo-Ann D. from Rumford, RI does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in October, 2010 No information on how to work the gas fireplace. I don't know how this place stays warm in the winter the heat is inadequate on the middle level. It should be redec, new paint, sofas need to be replaced very uncomfortable. Certainly did not look like the pictures on line. I would not recommend this unit to a friend. The two outdoor pools where not heated so to cold to use and this was July 4th so left with 1 kiddie pool and 1 indoor pool which was nice and did luck out as their these weren't crowded during the day. They do close early around 9 -9:30pm also have to share with a lot of condo associations so very lucky that it was not crowded. Most pools close at 11pm . The condo was great ours did not have a barbque which the other ones on each side of us did that would have been nice. The rooms were nice sized and not shabby at all. The bathroom had to keep the vent on as it was musty smelling which after two days the smell did go away. I do not think that it was in every one so I would rent another condo again.
