Position: Conveniently situated in a quiet residential area of Les Sables d'Olonne just 800 metres from the sandy beach and within walking distance of a wide range of shops, supermarkets and fantastic restaurants. There are plenty of other beaches to choose from nearby and activities available include sailing, windsurfing, horse riding, golf and tennis. The house has a pleasant enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Sunny first floor terrace.
