Das Haus wurde 1910 gebaut und 2010 komplett renoviert. Es präsentiert sich einladend und komfortabel eingerichtet. Mehrere Terrassen umgeben das Haus und im 1. Stock gibt es vier Balkone mit schöner Aussicht auf Meer und Landschaft. Das Haus besteht aus zwei Abteilungen und ist deshalb für mehrere Familien oder für eine Firma geeignet. Der eine Bereich bietet Platz für acht Personen, der andere für sechs oder eventuell vier Erwachsene und vier kleine Kinder. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen.
