The style of the furnishings indoors, combined with the characteristic shape of the building, blend well to give Villa LisiDor a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This typical Tuscan vacation villa rental with many beautiful touches which are so characteristic of the Italian architecture: wood beamed ceilings, large stone fireplace, terracotta floors and a massive grey stone structure.
The villa is a rustic stone building typical of the Tuscan countryside. It has terracotta steps up to the entrance. Inside the villa the ceilings are of terrace cotta tiles and wooden beams.
On entering LisiDor you find yourself in a large spacious room with a traditional fireplace at the far end. The living room area has a cozy fireplace and sitting area where everyone can sit around gather around and enjoy chatting with each other about the course of the vacation. Here is a large dining room table where you can set up to 10 persons.
There is a narrow fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities that includes gas hobs, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, stove with oven as well as lots of a little extras like American coffee maker, toaster, microwave. You will also find all cookware, silverware and tableware.

Villa LisiDor is situated in the heart of the Chianti Classico, midway between Siena and Firenze reachable respectively in 30 and 45 minutes by car. Immersed in the hills between vineyards and olive-groves the villa enjoy a position which will permit you to isolate yourself from the rest of the world and take delight of the charm of these land, but with the security, that the nearest centre is only at 5 minutes by car.
Lecchi in Chianti is only a short drive away, where the picturesque natural rock pools are well worth finding. Radda in Chianti, with its election of restaurants and shops, can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. From here in the very heart of the Chianti Classico triangle, the famous cities of Florence and Siena are both within an easy drive.
Reachable within one hour by car are also the beautiful medieval villages of Greve in Chianti, Broglio and San Gimignano, Montepulciano, Volterra. Within 2 hours by car Pisa and Lucca. Activities on site or nearby: Swimming, ride horses, mountain biking, tennis, golf, sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, museums and art attractions.
Close to delicious little restaurants, vineyards for wine tasting and lots of little shops within less than 10 km of the villa.
Beautiful plus is that there is a great chef available to make dinner for you in your own home.
The swimming pool (length 12mt; width 6mt; min depth 1,00mt; max depth 2,30mt) has an outside shower and deckchairs. It is opened from mid-May until mid-October.

For the active guests a tennis court and a large swimming-pool are at complete disposal, situated within the large garden granting much privacy! Immersed in the hills between vineyards and olive-groves, the villa is situated in the heart of Chianti Classico, midway between Siena and Florence.
In the garden of the property there is a private synthetic grass tennis court. Balls and rackets are provided.
The court is only shared with Villa PetrAlexa, next to villa LisiDor and managed from the same owner.
The villa has a wide English garden (1500 square meters), all surrounded by vineyards and hills.
The swimming pool is situated at the rear of the house, within the enclosed, lawned garden with a high hedge that runs along the fence of the property granting wonderful privacy. The large pool area is perfect for large groups to have lots of summer fun or relax and really enjoy the beautiful Tuscan countryside.
Also in the garden of the property there is a private synthetic grass tennis court. Balls and rackets are provided. It is just shared with Villa PetrAlexa (#42919, same owner).
LisiDor has a covered loggia terrace with a stone and wood table ideal for meals al fresco. On one side of the terrace there is a barbeque and an original, 300 years old working bread and pizza oven: a perfect area where the whole group can enjoy meals in the fresh country air or savour a good glass of Chianti.
Inside the fenced garden of the villa there is place for 3/4 cars. The parking area is not covered.

• Extra house cleaning: 15 Euro/h
• Extra sheet and towel change: 5 Euro/person

At the arrival a security deposit of 250 Euro cash has to be paid to the housekeeper as guaranty in case of damages to the property; it will be handed you back after a check of the villa the day of your departure.
Any loss or damage caused by your failure to respect the property, fixtures or fittings shall be deducted from your breakages deposit.
The villa has to be left in the same condition of cleanliness as upon arrival. If you do not leave the Villa in a reasonable state, a cleaning fee equal to 100 Euro shall be applied and deducted from the breakages deposit in order to obtain an extra help for the cleaning.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER
Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.
Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.
ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES
For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.
Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:
40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,
100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
