This one of a kind suite presents spectacular views of the St. Lawrence River and The Thousand Islands. The three bedroom suite is located at Peck's Marina and available for minimum three day rentals, weekly rentals or monthly rentals. This unique second storey vacation home can sleep up to six people and is fully furnished and equipped to provide for a family a home away from home vacation. Features and extras include outdoor dining porch plus a screened in sun porch with BBQ. The porches overlook The St. Lawrence River and Champagne Bay with south and west views of the water. The unit is fully air conditioned with satellite TV, DVD player and high speed internet service. The residence includes a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher with coin laundry available in the marina. It is also wheelchair accessible with a chairlift. The marina also offers dockage and boat rentals at an additional charge as well as a boat ramp, bait, charts, ice and other confectionary items. There is a full service gas dock and repair facility and a fully licensed restaurant on site. The village of Lansdowne ten minutes away has a grocery store, beer and liquor store and a hardware and variety store. We will accept one well behaved pet to be kept on a leash at all times while outdoors. It is the owners responsibility to ensure the pet is controlled and cleaned up after and that it doesn't disburb the other residents of the marina. One or two people - weekly rate $1200. - daily rate - $225. rented for a minimum of three nights. Three or four people - weekly rate $1400. - daily rate $250 rented for a minimum of four nights. Five or six people - weekly rate $1600. - daily rate $275. rented for a minimum of three nights. All rates are in Canadian funds. All rate are subject to applicable taxes. Housekeeping is provided every three days. Smokers may smoke outside on the deck.
