Lake Front House, 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, LARGE deck, Covered Boat Dock included. Great place for a vacation. Sleeps 2 to 6. It has 2 king size beds and 2 twin beds. All you need to bring is your food, drinks, and clothing. Linens are included except for beach towels. And we even furnish some fishing tackle for those that would like to try their luck. Great fishing off the dock. Crappie beds have been installed.

Additional Ammenities: Alarm Clocks, Full Kitchen, Range, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dishwasher, Refrigerator with ice maker, and many more cooking appliances provided. Linens except beach towels are provided, Dryer, Decorative Fireplace, A gas BBQ grill is on the deck. Plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, and silver are furnished.

This is a NON-SMOKING Home
PETS: 1 small trained dog "May" be allowed with prior permission.

Payment Options: Our rates per night are based on an occupancy of 2. Rates are increased $10. per person per night over 2. Children under two do not count in the total. Cleaning fee is $50 for occupancy of 2 plus $5 per person over two. A deposit of $200 is required to reserve your dates. Final payment is due 21 day prior to occupancy.

Deposit: Reservation deposit of $200. required within 10 days to hold dates.

Lodging Tax: Sales and Lodging tax applies to all rates.

Other Fees: A cleaning fee of $50 for occupantcy of two plus $5 for each person over two.

If a pet is accepted, an addition of $10 will be added to the cleaning fee.

Other Policies: No Wild Parties Allowed! We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood and our guest house is just two doors away from our home. We're close should you have questions or problems.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel 45 days prior to occupancy, we'll refund all but $25.00 of your reservation deposit. If you cancel within 45 days of your occupancy, we must retain the full deposit.

Terms and Conditions:
NOTE! Rates are for 2. $10 add'l per person per night over 2.
Our cleaning fee is $50 for 2 occupants, $55 for 3, $60 for 4, $65 for 5, $70 for 6. Six is the MAXIMUM we allow.
We use a short rental agreement we will email to your for acceptance. You return it with your reservation deposit to secure your reservation.
