Costa's Landing offers lots of fun including swimming, canoeing, sunbathing, fishing and outdoor fire pit by the water and that is only what is offered outside. Indoors is a beautiful pool table (in the loft overlooking the lake), air hockey, and two dart boards in the lower level along with games, movies and more. The living room area features a beautiful gas-log fireplace, flat-panel television with Dish Network (Basic channels), comfortable seating, and easy access to the spacious covered deck overlooking the lake. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic stove top, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and more. Dine in or al fresco on the beautiful open deck. There is a gas grill, or charcoal grill if you prefer, on the lower patio. The sleeping areas are cozy and comfortable and, because of the home's layout, allow for some separation of guests.

$85.00 Cleaning Fee
$45.00 Accidental Damage Insurance (in lieu of refundable security deposit)
5% Rutherford County Occupancy Tax (on rent)
6.75% NC State Sales Tax (on rent and reservation fee)
Cancellation/Transfer Policy: If a confirmed reservation is cancelled or transferred, a processing fee of $50.00 and the $20.00 Reservation Fee plus applicable North Carolina State Sales Tax will be charged against the Advance Confirmation Deposit. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival, all funds received will be forfeited, unless the property can be re-rented for the cancelled period for the full rent amount. Please allow 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice for any of the Advance Confirmation Deposit to be returned (applicable only if the unit was re-rented).
