Cancellation Policy:
The $400 deposit to "hold" your reservation is 50% refundable if canceled 45 days or more prior to your arrival & non-refundable less than 45 days. It will become your "security deposit" once you arrive & is then fully refundable if there is no damage and the house is left in good order.
