If relaxing to the sounds of the ocean, enjoying sweeping views of surrounding islands, or just ending your day watching brilliant sunsets all year ?round, this just may be the place you are dreaming of - Hale Kai 216.
Our condo is located on the 2nd floor, center of the building, with direct oceanfront views that are breathtaking and almost indescribable. The kitchen, living room and private lanai boast expansive views of the ocean, as well as the islands of Lana?i and Moloka?i, with magnificent sunsets every night.
You can swim in the oceanfront pool, or just relax in a chaise lounge on the pool deck while gazing at the ocean and islands, or you may just want to take it all in from your lanai! You may want to snorkel along the coral reef, enjoy our oceanfront BBQ, or watch the large sea turtles (Honu) forage year round. Humpback whale sightings are a regular occurrence during their migration. The beach can be accessed on each side of the property for walking, snorkeling, searching for beach glass and shells, wading in the tide pools, or just enjoying the sun.
Once you step through our door, you can feel yourself winding back to a less stressful time. Our fully tiled condo boasts expansive 18? vaulted natural redwood ceilings, with cooling ceiling fans. It has been tastefully decorated with an island ambiance, comfortably furnished so that you can relax when not out enjoying the abundance of activities that Maui has to offer. The trade winds provide fresh and cooling breezes, flowing through the louvered windows on both ends of the condo.
For your entertainment, we have provided new wall-mounted Samsung 55? LCD flat screen TV, Blu-Ray disc player, Philips I Phone/IPod dock, DVD player stereo and free wireless internet access.
Our well-appointed kitchen includes granite countertops, a new refrigerator and is well-equipped for those who may wish to practice their culinary skills. You may also wish to take a vacation from the kitchen, and sample the fresh island cuisine from the wonderful dining establishments nearby.
The bedroom features a new Sealy Posturepedic plush Cal King bed, beautiful furnishings and Hawaiian themed bedding and artwork. This peaceful environment is further enhanced by block-out curtains, and the sounds of the ocean lulling you to sleep at night.

Stayed for 9 days in March, 2013 The condo was very nice, 1 bedroom great view from the lanai. Very clean the ocean is just 10' to the pool and 5' beyond. Total unobstructed view! The manager, Valerie is accomidating and available if you have a problem, we didn't have any problems at all.
