With three bedrooms and two and one-half baths, its 1450 square feet are graced with such amenities as limestone floors, coffered ceilings and a gourmet kitchen. Panoramic ocean views from the living areas provide the perfect backdrop for the local artwork which adorns the walls. A large private and shaded veranda with gas barbecue makes this villa ideal for up to eight persons to enjoy beach living at its finest. Other features include a gas fireplace, central air-conditioning and large flat screen television.Rising directly above Laguna's dramatic coastline, these luxury, oceanfront accommodations are located in the heart of Laguna Beach. Villa Laguna is within the Sunset Cove Villas complex and is conveniently located within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, galleries and activities. Thank nature for crashing waves, white sand, spectacular sunsets and gentle breezes. The kitchen appliances, mattresses, etc...are getting very old an worn out. I would like to continue to come back year after year but I would rather pay a bit more for an updated interior.
