This stunning villa consists of a master bedroom and two guest rooms, a living room, garage and kitchen. All rooms have direct access to the private swimming pool set in a well-maintained garden with an elegant pool sala, an outdoor dining table for eight with barbeque set, a shaded corner bar with built-in cooler, and 4 sundeck lounge chairs. This villa can accommodate 3 couples or a group of 6-8 guests, comfortably. Extra cushioned bunks are available for larger groups with extra fees. The utmost in privacy and security is assured with its 24-hour security and alarm systems. All rooms, including the living and dining rooms, are equipped with air conditioning and elegant ceiling fans.


Location

The villa is strategically located near the Laguna area, giving you all access to the convenience of your holiday destinations from the very best dining restaurants and bars, creamy beaches, a golf course, shopping and grocery needs, antique and gallery shops, nature trips, banks and ATM machines, and night life entertainment areas. A car drive of 5-10 minutes will take you to the fluffy sandy beaches of Bangtao and Surin. The world famous Laguna Golf Course is just 10 minutes away. For nature trips, an 18 minute drive will take you to Bang Pae Waterfall or Phuket Fantasea, and within 25 minutes you can visit the Butterfly Garden or the shopping centers and entertainment options at Patong. Antique Shops/Galleries are just 15 minutes away. All in all, Laguna is ideally located so you can reach most parts of Phuket within a 25 minute drive.



Kitchen:
Adjacent to the dining room is the kitchen, fashionably fitted with modern amenities for your convenience such as the black granite counter, double-door refrigerator, oven, coffee & tea makers, blender, sandwich maker, dishwasher, built-in oven and burners. It also leads to a maid’s quarter and a laundry room with a washing machine and iron.

Living Room:
For home relaxations or entertainment, the living room has all the amenities you could ask for. Enjoy your home cinema viewing on your wide flat-screen TV with satellite channels in a soft cushioned sala. There is an amplifier/mixer set with pre-fitted Bose speakers installed around the house both indoor and outdoor for surround sound listening, which can be attached to the TV, DVD, or CD players for listening to music or dancing. You can control which speaker to turn on or off. An I-Pod docking station is also available if you want to listen to your own playlist.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized four poster bed, large flat-screen TV and a large en-suite bathroom with separate rooms for shower and toilet, twin vanity set, and a big closet. This area can also function as a dressing room. A panel leads to an outdoor Jacuzzi made of large stone with another outdoor shower. The first guest room has a king-sized bed, a corner TV set and an ensuite bathroom with separate rooms for toilet and shower, two vanity sets, and a door that leads to an outdoor bathtub with another shower. The second guest room has twin double beds, a TV, closet, and walk-in bathroom with stand up shower and a separate toilet.

Bathrooms:
All the bedrooms are equipped with ensuite bathrooms that all have wash basins, toilets and walk-in shower facilities.

Additional Notes:
Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.

Our refund policy is as follows:

15% deposit No Refund
56 to 62 days 75% of monies paid excepting deposit
42 to 55 days 50% of monies paid excepting deposit
35 to 41 days 25% of monies paid excepting deposit
28 to 34 days 10% of monies paid excepting deposit
27 days or less no refund can be applied.
Again please ensure you have adequate travel insurance cover.
